Trendora Studio (“Trendora”, “we”, “us”) is a social media growth studio based at Unit 7, Shoreditch Studios, London. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

We only collect what we need to reply to you and to run our business:

• Details you send through our contact and call booking forms: your name, email address, brand or website, the platforms and budget you choose and your message.
• Your email address if you join our newsletter.
• Anonymous usage statistics about how our website is used. These do not identify you and do not rely on cookies.
• Information you share with us while we work together, such as brand assets and access to your social accounts.

We use your information to reply to enquiries, arrange calls, deliver our services, send the newsletter you asked for and improve our website.

Our legal bases are your consent (for the newsletter), our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, and the performance of our contract with you once we work together.

When you contact us, our website sends a notification to our team so we can reply quickly. Your message is also stored securely so nothing gets lost.

Some emails we send may include a small tracking image and tracked links that tell us whether a message was opened or a link was clicked. We use this only to understand whether our emails are useful. It is counted per message, not used to build a profile of you, and you can block it by turning off automatic image loading in your email app.

Our website uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count visits, popular pages and broad information such as country and device type.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking, which is why you will not see a cookie banner here. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.

We never sell your information. We only share it with service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, database and email delivery providers, under agreements that protect your data.

We may also share information when the law requires it.

• Enquiries: up to two years after our last conversation.
• Client records: six years, for tax and legal reasons.
• Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it and ask us to transfer it to someone else. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
